Kal T. Moussa

Partner, MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Divison

Kal T. Moussa is a quantitative developer who's always been drawn to the intersection of markets, math, and code. What began as a personal pursuit -- building and testing trading models to test small market inefficiencies -- grew into a full-time passion for systematic trading and quantitative research.

A Harvard graduate, cum laude, Kal developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and data-driven problem-solving, which continues to shape his approach to markets today.

As head of Quantitative Development, Kal helps traders and researchers bridge the gap between quantitative research and live market execution. His work centers around designing and optimizing futures strategies, developing algorithmic systems, and applying rigorous statistical frameworks to real-world trading.

As a partner in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) division, Kal facilitates the firm's research and helps shape its regional trading and business development initiatives. His focus remains on building scalable strategies, fostering new collaborations, and advancing quantitative trading across markets.

Driven by curiosity and a builder's mindset, Kal continues to explore how technology and research can transform trading into something both systematic and adaptive.
